What’s the breakfast bit about?

Well, it’s supposed to be the most important meal of the day and I’m aiming for this to be the equivalent in comic book comment.

So come and get your all day breakfast.

And comic books!

Growler's China - The Series.

Ok, I’m off to China in mid-August (2004) for three months to teach English, learn Mandarin Chinese and soak up the unique experience.

I'll be based in TangXia Town, DongGuan City in GuangDong Province. This is in the south of China just half an hour from the Hong Kong border.

Yep, giving up comic books for a whole three months to satisfy my second love, Chinese culture.

So, this will be the last Breakfast & Comic Books column. I’m busy packing and sorting things out.

But don’t forget all the links are live and update automatically. And come back to re-read the articles. They really do get better with age…

If you've reached this far down I'm doing pretty well.

Saw the movie Spiderman 2 and all I can say is WOW.

Another great comic book adaptation for everyone to enjoy.

If you haven’t seen this you’re really missing out on some classic entertainment.

Superhero movies are all the rage and are being done with much love and respect for the source material.

Some people are saying there's too many of these movies coming out and it's a passing phase.

Well I'm proud to say that comic book movies have carved a permanent niche in the film industry alongside the many others including horror films, action films and sci-fi.

Outside of comic books I've been reading this great series of books by Robert Kiyosaki.

Rich dad, Poor dad is basically about positive thinking.

He has a writing style that grabs you immediately and drags you to where you want to go.

I haven’t been able to put these books down since opening them.

This is the guide showing you how to write, for anybody who’s looking to get themselves published.

I particularly recommend the first two in the series which are 'What the rich teach their kids' and 'The Cashflow Quadrant'.
