Based on the hugely popular manga series by Naoki Urasawa, which sold a phenomenal 28 million copies, director Yukihiko Tsutsumi has adapted this epic saga over three films to do the story justice. This science fiction film begins in the not so distant past when a young boy named Kenji and group of friends write a fictional story, The Book of Prophecy, detailing a future doomsday befalling the planet. Fast forward over two decades and is it possible that this made up tale is becoming reality? How can this be? Can Kenji and his friends solve this terrifying mystery and save mankind?! The DVD boxset of 20th Century Boys Trilogy: The Complete Saga has over 4 hours of extras as well as the three movies! The film uses spoken Japanese language with English subtitles. It's released on 31st May 2010.
